Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the clients (Over Phone, remote connection).
- Keep good customer relationship.
- Conform to highest professional standards while dealing with customers. Listen to customer problems or concerns and safeguard customer interests by communicating properly with supervisor and team.
- Work as first point of contact for all support services.
- Write complex and faster SQL queries, Store Procedure, Function.
- Conduct testing (System, Integration, etc.) as per project needs.
- Perform complex data analysis.
- Work closely with customers on project implementation.
- Visit customer workstation when required.
- Maintain liaison with customers and supervisor in updating the status of customer requests.
- Work closely with the development team in providing resolution to problems/complaints and ensure smooth delivery of enhancements.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- or, Diploma in IT related subject.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- IT Support Service, Software Company
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 32 years

Salary:
