Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the clients (Over Phone, remote connection).
  • Keep good customer relationship.
  • Conform to highest professional standards while dealing with customers. Listen to customer problems or concerns and safeguard customer interests by communicating properly with supervisor and team.
  • Work as first point of contact for all support services.
  • Write complex and faster SQL queries, Store Procedure, Function.
  • Conduct testing (System, Integration, etc.) as per project needs.
  • Perform complex data analysis.
  • Work closely with customers on project implementation.
  • Visit customer workstation when required.
  • Maintain liaison with customers and supervisor in updating the status of customer requests.
  • Work closely with the development team in providing resolution to problems/complaints and ensure smooth delivery of enhancements.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • or, Diploma in IT related subject.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • IT Support Service, Software Company
Additional Requirements:
  • Age at most 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Salary:
