Job Responsibilities:

  • Incharge of traveling across Bangladesh and within Dhaka to secure sales with new customers and meet various clients. May be required to travel abroad also. Be the first point of contact for customers to understand their needs
  • Sales Executive will be responsible for finding their own customers and maintaining a healthy funnel through a proper reporting tool.
  • Must meet up the KPIs (including sales target) set by supervisor.
  • The role requires Sales Executives to maintain customer relationships to preserve high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Engage with customers via phone, e-mail, face -to-face.
  • Conduct research on customers’ business requirements, problems, and competitors.
  • Must ensure the sales target is met on time.
  • Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales.
  • Document customer interactions and funnel growth so that those can be uploaded to our CRM.
  • Engage with Product Specialists during technical interactions with customers.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or BSc in CSE. MBA with major in Marketing will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 years

  • Must be able to go around door to door trying to book demos for our products.
  • Clear understanding of marketing development, competitor activities etc.

Salary : 20,000 taka + Commission (for every successful demo meeting booked)
