Job Description:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, face-to-face.
  • Undergoing training every month at Southtech.
  • Conduct research on customers’ business requirements, problems and competitors.
  • Travel across Dhaka and within the country to meet clients.
  • Meet minimum sales target.
  • Report back to Sales Coordinator regarding customer contact details for all the customer’s they have secured so these can be uploaded to the CRM.
  • Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales.
  • Document customer interactions and funnel growth so they can be uploaded to our CRM.
  • Forecast pipeline to Sales Coordinator.
  • Contact product specialists to prepare customer specific presentation before client interaction
  • Engage product specialists during technical interactions with customers.
  • Undergo monthly training on solutions.
  • Provide feedback on training to Sales Coordinator.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Coordinator regarding Product Specialist every quarter.
  • Must reply to customer within 2 working day SLA after generic email.
  • Provide relevant case studies to customers during/after meetings.
  • Set clear next steps, agreed by the customer, at the end of any customer call/meeting.
  • Liaise with product specialist to train customers post-sales.
  • Follow-up with customer after agreement/proposal within 7 working days.
  • Follow-up with customer after meeting/demo within 2 working days.

Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation. BBA/MBA major in Marketing preferable.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 year(s) – Telco Background Preferred
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Sales & Marketing

Salary Range: 30,000 – 60,000 taka monthly – Depending on the previous job experience.
