Job Description:
Project Management
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively apply organization’s methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement review and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize organization’s exposure and risk on project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Technical Understanding
- Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Understand Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
- Possess a thorough understanding of organization’s capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
Project Accounting
- Track and report man hours utilized and variations on a periodic basis.
- Manage project budget.
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
- Manage to and achieves revenue goals set for projects.
Communication
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Leadership
- Inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
Teamwork
- Consistently acknowledge and appreciate each team member’s contributions.
- Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Graduation in CSE from any reputed university.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years in similar role.
