Personal Secretary to Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the honorable Director.
  • Organize the Director’s business meetings, appointments and calendar.
  • Update all personal and professional calendars with correct schedules and dates for appointments, meetings, events, conferences etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
  • Disburse meeting minute(s), report(s) etc. to the relevant departments as per requirement.
  • To arrange and follow-up necessary arrangements for traveling including visa, ticketing, transportation and hotel reservation for inside and outside the country.
  • To coordinate with management team, other departments and all wings of the Group as per requirement.
  • Typing and Filing Documents in a professional manner.
  • To arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office.
  • To maintain contacts directory and e-mail correspondence of the Director.
  • To screen all telephone calls of the Director and pass on messages as required.
  • To ensure filing, records and database of personal and business documents of Director.
  • To liaison with the prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group.
  • Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the Director.

Educational Requirements:

BBA/ MBA or Bachelor in any discipline from well known universities with good proficiency in Written, Speaking in Bengali and English. O Level and A Level background will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 year(s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 30 years.
  • Male / Females are allowed to apply.
  • Computer literacy/ Email correspondence & typing skill is must.
  • Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • The applicants should be expert in MS office. English & Bangla Typing skill.

Salary: Negotiable
